Start with a First Conversation
Scheduling a free first conversation call is the easiest way to see if we’re a good fit.
Not sure what kind of support you need?
You don’t have to figure that out before we talk. We’ll spend a few minutes talking about you, your pet, and what you’re facing, and what you’re hoping for right now. You can ask questions about pet loss support, grief coaching or any of my services, and together we’ll determine which option may best meet you where you are.
Meet Sarah
Sarah is the founder of Summer’s Golden Promise, LLC, a Pet Doula and a Certified Grief Coach who provides compassionate support to pet parents navigating anticipatory grief, end-of-life decisions and the loss of a beloved pet.
Her work was inspired by her own experience loving and losing Summer, her family’s yellow Labrador retriever. Sarah understands that our pets are not “just pets”. They are part of our families, our routines, and our stories.
Her goal is to create a space where pet parents feel heard, supported, and understood as they navigate some of the most difficult days that come with loving a pet.
As a Certified Grief Coach, Sarah also works with those who are ready to intentionally move forward with their grief and explore what it means to live fully alongside it.
Her favorite place to begin is with a simple question:
“Tell me about your pet”

Pet loss support meets you where you are. You may simply need a compassionate space to talk about your pet, tell your story, and feel supported as you navigate your grief. There is no expectation that you are ready to move forward or make changes.
Grief coaching is different. It is a structured coaching experience for those who feel ready to intentionally move forward with their grief and explore what it means to live fully alongside it. Through deep listening, powerful questions and compassionate accountability, grief coaching helps you access your own wisdom as you consider where you are and where you want to be.
If you’re not sure which kind of support is right for you, we can talk about that during a complimentary First Conversation.
